1. A sales contract concluded on July 29, 2016 with regard to the real estate stated in the separate sheet between the defendant and the stock company.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. C District Housing Association Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Establishment Promotion Committee”) and B (hereinafter “B”) concluded a contract on the recruitment of cooperative members with the Plaintiff on September 21, 2015 (hereinafter “instant contract on the recruitment of cooperative members”) with the Plaintiff, while promoting the regional housing association project in Seogsan-si D.
Article 3 (Period of Service and Commencement of Business) (2) The plaintiff shall perform his/her duties schedule, such as human resources necessary for recruiting members and promotion plans for the recruitment of members, under the responsibility of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff shall submit a written plan for recruiting members, etc., if requested by the
Article 4 (Scope of Services) The scope of the plaintiff's business shall be limited to the recruitment business of members of the Dr. Seosan-si, and the plaintiff shall provide the following services to the establishment promotion committee and B's business area:

Article 16 (Matters of Special Agreement) The Plaintiff shall pay in advance the necessary amount at the request of the Model Haws, Advertising, and other Establishment Promotion Committee and B at the initial stage of the project, which shall be paid on the agreed agreed date in the form of loan to the said Project Operators and B.
B. On November 20, 2015, B contracted the construction of a new building of an office with the model Hask and office (hereinafter “Hask-si”) to Hansk-si Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hask-si”), and Kusk-si completed the instant model Hask-si (hereinafter “instant model Hask-si”) around March 2016.
C. B is the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 16 of the instant membership recruitment contract.
