Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are working in a way between friendship and the victim D(32 years of age) and the victim E(n, 28 years of age).
