Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date the judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers, and shall not purchase or administer the psychotropic mental medicine clocks (the clickphone, the clockphone, the hereinafter referred to as the “clocks”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On February 1, 2016, the Defendants requested Defendant B to request Defendant A to use a phiphone, and Defendant A to purchase and administer a phiphone after consenting to the request. Defendant A also proposed to purchase and sell phiphones to E, who is a phiphone seller.

Since then, at around 17:30 on the same day, the Defendants were to arrive at the parallel distance of the Defendant Company 2,000,000 won for the opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal opportal 0.05g from the nearest distance.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

B. On February 2016, the Defendants: (a) purchased philophones from 15:00 on the date in the middle of February 2016 to administer philophones; and (b) Defendant A suggested E, the seller of philophones, to trade philophones.

After that day, the Defendants 17:30 of the same day loaded with a white line set in Defendant B’s driving, and arrived at the same parallel distance in high speed, Defendant B brought about KRW 200,000 for oponon to Defendant A, and Defendant A got about KRW 0.05g for 0.05g for oponon to the above E at the distance of its nearby area, and approximately KRW 200,000 for copon to the above E, and approximately KRW 0.05g for opon on one-time copon.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

On February 23, 2016, the Defendants decided to administer philophones after purchasing philophones from the scopon on the scopon at the scopon. Defendant A traded philophones to E, a philophone seller.
