The defendant was living together with the victim B (the 54 years of age, the female) for about 14 years from September 200 to February 3, 2013.

피고인은 2013. 5. 6. 16:00경 광주 광산구 C아파트 206동 907호 피해자의 집 현관문에 A4 용지에 "B 똥갈보 왜 내 돈을 안 돌려주는 거냐. 갈보질만 하는 줄 알았더니 남의 돈도 돌라갈 줄 아냐. 이 똥갈보 같은 년아 니년이 D하고 산다고 해서 돈을 줬지 니 애비뻘 되는 늙은 백대가리 E하고 살라고 했으면 내가 너에게 돈을 줄 리가 없지 않냐“라는 글을 불특정 다수의 주민들이 볼 수 있도록 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
