1. The Defendant and C, D, and misappropriation have committed frauds with the intent of deceiving money from many unspecified persons by means of a tentatively named “waling.”

The crime of false frauds, by deceiving many and unspecified domestic unspecified people in China to transfer money to the head of the Tong, as if they would be able to satisfy the terms and conditions, and the defendant and C respectively want to withdraw the cash transferred by the victims from the cash withdrawal period under the direction of D and deliver it to the victims of the crime of false fraud.

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant acquired the said property by means of cash withdrawal of the deposited money in the name of a new bank account in the name of F. The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim E as if the Defendant would introduce women despite having no intention or ability to introduce women; and (b) by inducing the victim to transfer KRW 500,000 in return for mediation to a new bank account in the name of F.

In addition, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, and B, had 176 victims by deceiving them, such as the attached list of crimes (A) 1, and acquired them by deceiving 143,191,390 won.

2. The Defendant and C, D, and nameless winners had the intention to borrow or defraud money from many unspecified persons by means of a tentatively named “singing.”

The victims of false names, who made phone calls to many unspecified people in China, had them build a malicious code in mobile phones, induce them to use it, and deceiving them as if they would impair the conditions to use it, thereby deceiving them, and the Defendant and C, upon receiving D's instructions, intended to play the role of withdrawing cash transferred by the victims from cash withdrawal and delivering it to the victims of false names.

A person who has failed to obtain official approval from the victim on March 29, 2016 shall be the victim on March 29, 201.
