Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

During the process of the establishment of Defendant A’s hospital, the Defendants reported to the police that the Defendants was guilty of fraud from the victim E. 1. Joint crimes committed by Defendants (Crimes on October 16, 2015)

A. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violation of structure) jointly opened a gate through the repair hole prior to the above victim’s office around 11:32 on October 16, 2015, and entered the said office into the said office and invaded the victim’s structure.

2. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B (Crimes on October 17, 2015)

A.
