Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2011, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a B-hurged car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.163% (blood appraisal) in the 1km section from around 23:40 on the same day in front of the public parking lot located in Ssung-si, Sinsung-si to the front road in the 1km-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
