The motion of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
Inasmuch as an applicant fails to submit a preparatory document stating the grounds for appeal, it is difficult to view that “the grounds for appeal due to appeal have legal and justifiable grounds” as stipulated in Articles 501 and 500(1) of the Civil Procedure Act. Therefore, the instant application is without merit, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
