Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2019, at around 00:00, Defendant A brought a dispute with the victim B (n, 38 years of age) who is his/her spouse in the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Apartment D's residence as a matter of money, and brought the transition (15 cm in length, 28 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the main room, and brought the excess to “the same dead person?” and the victim “the same dead person?” and the above excess to the extent that the victim’s life or body would be prejudicial to the victim’s body.

나. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 7. 18. 00:05경 위 C아파트 주차장에서, 경찰 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 인천미추홀경찰서 E지구대 소속 경장 F이 피고인을 특수상해의 현행범인으로 체포하려고 하자 손톱으로 위 F의 팔 부위를 할퀴고 입으로 오른팔 부위를 강하게 깨물고, 잠시 후 같은 소속 순경 G이 피고인을 순찰차에 태우려고 하자 손으로 위 G의 팔 부위를 1회 때리고 목 부위를 치듯이 밀치고 발로 위 G의 배 부위를 약 2회 힘껏 걷어찼다.
