A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "The defendant and the victim B (Nam, 26 years of age)" are siblings.

On May 5, 2018, at around 22:25, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at the Defendant’s house of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C apartment D, stated that “the victim fests tobacco at a conspicuous place” to the effect that “the victim fests tobacco at a conspicuous place,” was fincing to the Defendant, the Defendant fincing the above excessive width to the effect that “the victim fincing tobacco at a conspicuous place,” which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen (19cm in total length, 9cm in length, 9cm in length) and the victim’s desire to read “this fincing, chewing,” which appears to be “the victim fincing to the Defendant’s left part,” and fincing the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Around 22:00 on August 25, 2018, the Defendant heard the horses that he/she was assaulted by the her mother from the her mother of the Michuhol-gu Incheon Michuhol apartment D, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and damaged the said horses by gathering a portable gale, which is equivalent to KRW 5,000 in the market price owned by the victim, on the floor.

3. The Defendant, “2018 Highly 7564,” is the birth of a victim B (Nam, 26 years of age).

On July 5, 2018, at around 00:25, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s returning home to the Defendant’s residence in Michuhol-gu Incheon apartment D; and (b) caused the victim’s injury to the victim, without any particular reason, on the part of the Defendant, by using excessive materials ( approximately 23 cm in total length, approximately 13 cm in knife) which are dangerous objects on the part of the Plaintiff’s home, such as “the victim’s satise satise satise, satisfy sathy,” and without any particular reason, caused the victim’s injury to the victim’s left-hand part of treatment days.

4. "2018 Highly 8556" is the birth of a victim B (Nam, 26 years of age).

On September 21, 2018, at around 12:40 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant had a kitchen knife (not less than 20cm in total length, not less than 15cm in knife) in the kitchen while having a dispute with the victim in the dwelling space of the Defendant of Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Michuhol-gu C apartment D, with a kitchen knife in the kitchen.
