A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Incheon District Court's Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison on August 1, 2014. On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Incheon District Court's District Court's Decision on August 1, 2015.

On April 15, 2015, at “Ccafeteria” located on the second floor of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 2015. On the case of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (hereinafter “Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.”) in which the Defendant was tried at the time, the Defendant told D, who was the seat of the Defendant, to the effect that “When using the E and the written contract, there was a case in which a trial has been held, the Defendant is legally detained, and the witness’s statement is needed, and all people are allowed to be inside the prison, and there was a lot of people.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not say that he should not engage in illegal business in E when he uses E and contract, and did not state that he should include the above contents in the contract in the contract, and that D did not have any attendance at the job at the time when the defendant and E prepare the contract.

Thus, the defendant, according to the defendant's teacher's building, attended and taken an oath as a witness of the case of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. against A (i.e., the act of arranging commercial sex acts) in the court of Incheon District Court (No. 453) located in 129, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, 2015, in accordance with the defendant's teacher's building, the defendant stated that "AC shall not engage in illegal business at the time of using the contract according to the AC, at the time of using the contract."
