Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with labor by obstructing business operations at the Busan District Court on November 27, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Correctional Institution.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 3, 2017, from around 20:30 to 21:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim, E, cafeteria employees, and many unspecified customers, who are the owners of the restaurant in Busan-gun C while drinking alcohol in the D restaurant; and (b) expressed a large voice to the victim E, E, cafeteria employees, and the general public; and (c) made multiple customers play the above restaurant by making phone calls at 114; and (d) making many customers play the restaurant.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On January 3, 2017, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) took a patrol vehicle along with G G belonging to the F earth, and patrol officers, and (b) was demanded from G to leave the patrol vehicle in front of the dwelling of the Defendant of the Busan District captain I, and (c) did not comply with the request, and (d) did not comply with the request from G to G, while the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties.
