When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On September 25, 2015, the Defendant was a non-registered 125cc driver, and the Defendant, a non-registered scam driver, operated the foregoing non-registered scambling that was not covered by mandatory insurance from a long distance on the upper letter located inside the documents of the former Northwest-gun, North Korea, on September 25, 2015.
