A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be applied.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) had prepared a written application and submitted it to the Gwangju District Court Full Panel, where F was indicted for violating the Election Act, by inserting the signature affixed with the seal of 36 S residents and the signature affixed with the seal of 85 seal of 85 members of the E-fishing village fraternity located in Yong-gun T in Nam Nam Nam, which was prepared several years prior to the date of forgery of a private document, and was tried to use the above signature and seal to submit it.

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant stated “name: A” and “name: 120 persons, other than V,” without authority, in the column of “Anthrax” using a computer for the purpose of exercising the right at the Defendant’s house located in Yong-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, the Defendant attached the signature of 120 community residents, including V, and indicated “the representative A compensation of 120 persons, which caused carbon.”

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of 120 community residents, such as V, which is a private document about fact certification.

2. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) filed a petition with the public service center of the Gwangju District Court located in 7-12 as a compliance officer of the Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju; (b) filed a petition with the public service center of the competent Gwangju District Court, which submitted the above-mentioned letter as if it were duly constituted with the employee’s name-oriented person.
