Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2016, around 03:08, the Defendant received a penalty notification for the non-standing vehicle from the police officer D, who did not pay a charge to a taxi driver aboard the Defendant, at the Seoul Southern-gu Seoul Northern Police Station C District on May 21, 2016.
