Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CF car.

On February 3, 2013, the Defendant operated the said car at around 21:10, and proceeded the crosswalk in front of the new bank located in 1617, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to approximately 20 km per hour from the boundary of the main road to the seat of the Plaintiff at the seat of the main road. As such, there is a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving service, has a duty of care to check whether there is a person standing the crosswalk, and to safely drive it in accordance with the new subparagraph.
