A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 494"

1. Around 05:00 on December 10, 2012, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without a car driver’s license on the roads before the D emergency bank located in Seocheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City from 10:15 on the same day to 286-1 on the roads located in Seocheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving of the said rocketing car.

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car at around 10:15, and driven the said rocketing car at a non-speed speed depending on two-lanes from the border distance to the border line in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

Since there is a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely proceed in accordance with the signals by reducing speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and was negligent in proceeding with a stop signal while disregarding the fact that the vehicle progress signal is changed to a stop signal, and received the front part of the Gpoter truck drivened by the injured F (22 years old) with the front part of the said Gpool truck drivened by the victim F (22 years old) in the opposite line.

The Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injury to salt panions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping the said truck so that the sum of 574,446 won, including the exchange of the preceding panions, can lead to a total of 574,446 won.

"2013 Highest 770"

1. On November 13, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 02:43, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, at a section of about 5 km from the front line of the arm’s length distance in the city of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the 281-1 front road in the Gu of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
