1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 59,886,087 and KRW 58,584,62 from June 17, 2016.

(a) Claim by the plaintiff's successor: Judgment made by the confession and deemed as a confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

B. Plaintiff’s claim: The Plaintiff transferred all of the instant subject-matter of lawsuit to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff while the instant lawsuit was pending, and the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit

(Plaintiff submitted a written withdrawal from a lawsuit on August 23, 2016, but failed to obtain the Defendant’s consent).
