1. The defendant shall set out the motor vehicles listed in the annexed Table 1 and the annexed Tables 2 and 3 against the plaintiff succeeding intervenor.

2. Determination

A. The plaintiff's successor's claim: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Decision by service by public notice);

B. Plaintiff’s claim: The Plaintiff transferred all of the instant subject-matter of lawsuit to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff during the instant lawsuit period, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit.
