1. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:40, driven a C rocketing vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 17 km from the right edge of the building to the right edge of the same Eup/Myeon from the right edge of the building to the right edge of the same Eup/Myeon.

Nevertheless, on June 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the above rocketing vehicle at around 14:40, when the Defendant was found to have violated signal provisions to the police located in front of the string distance in South Eup/Myeon; (b) in order to avoid the control, the Defendant violated the signal signals at a speed of 160 km or more per hour exceeding 80 km speed per hour up to the top of the rith of the same Eup/Myeon in order to avoid the control; (c) violated the escape signal at a speed of at least 160 km; (d) obstructed the central line; (e) obstructed the passage of the other vehicles; and (e) caused the danger or injury to the traffic, such as rapidly changing the course of the vehicle being overtaken and changing the course.
