Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who intends to build a new building on land, such as Ulsan Northern-gu C, and the victim D (56) is a landowner of land E.

On November 27, 2012, in order to construct a new building on the land, such as the above C, from the competent authority around November 27, 2012, the Defendant listened to the horses that the victim’s owner should obtain the consent of use from the damaged party with respect to the part of the above E land, which falls under the road, and obtained the consent of use from the injured party with respect to the above part of the above land. However, when the width of the above road was narrow and difficult, the Defendant was trying to expand the existing road by impairing the victim’s land in the vicinity of the above road.

A. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant carried out construction to expand the roads by erosioning the land owned by the victim located in the vicinity of the said road, on the road owned by the victim located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the victim said that the victim’s speech widely in his/her own road, thereby impairing its utility by sticking up 50,000 won or less at the victim’s market price at the edge of the said road, with the purport that the victim’s horse would be broad.

B. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s place at the preceding port, with the same purpose as the victim’s previous port, by installing a concrete fluoring house equivalent to 400,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, and by hand, by adding the above fluorial house.

On June 2017, the Defendant destroyed the land owned by the victim by putting 50,00 won down at the front port of the police station, putting up 200,000 won of the market value of the victim for the same purpose as the preceding paragraph again at the edge of the road, putting up the strings in hand, putting up the strings in hand, and then destroying the land owned by the victim by putting down the strings.
