Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2012, at around 16:45, the Defendant driven two rocketing vehicles under the influence of alcohol at approximately 500 meters of alcohol content from around 811 to the village hall located in the same Dong Dong-dong 811 (Tystun-ro 233-1), from around 14, 2012.
