Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a C Costaex vehicle owned by B while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.161% from the street in front of the Seongbuk-dong Office located in the Northbuk-dong in the East Sea to the front of the same Northbuk-dong.
