Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 9, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on March 9, 201.

At around 22:30 on November 14, 201, the Defendant, along with the victim D, was born at the victim’s singing room in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with a view to thefting the victim’s things.

The defendant confirmed that he was not corrected in the family area of the relative victim of the building E in Jung-gu, Seoul, and held a 600,000 won in the victim's room and held a 600,000 won in cash in the 250,000 won in the market area of the victim's possession.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
