A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel a person to engage in sexual traffic, or provide a place for sexual traffic for business purposes.

On December 8, 2015, the Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name called "E" from Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seongbuk-gu, D, 7th 707 and 708, and F and G as the head of the above sexual traffic business establishment; the Defendant, from December 8, 2015, employed a female sexual traffic in the above place and recruited sexual customers through standing signboards, etc.; F around March 24, 2016; G from June 10, 2016 to June 17, 201, recruited to receive the price of sexual traffic from sexual buyers and to provide guidance on the place of sexual traffic.

around December 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed four rooms with a bath room in E; (b) two rooms without a bath room; (c) one sexual traffic waiting room in a sexual traffic; and (d) around March 23, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 60,000 through KRW 70,000 to the said female on April 20, 2016, by employing the sexual traffic female H around March 24, 2016, and around March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the female sexual traffic Js in a sexual traffic; (b) had the male customer sexual intercourse with his/her sexual organ; or (c) had the male customer engage in a sexual intercourse by taking into account the circumstances by taking out the sexual customer’s sexual organ and going back from the sexual customer as the price for the sexual traffic; and (d) paid KRW 100,000 or KRW 140,00 to the said female sexual traffic.

Accordingly, on March 24, 2016, F gave guidance to the police officer around 20:30,000 won for sexual traffic and to provide the said I and sexual intercourse three times. G received 1.20,000 won from K as the price for sexual traffic on June 17, 2016 and gave guidance to the said J and sexual intercourse five times. On the same day, F received 1.20,000 won from the enforcement officer around 21:35 and gave guidance to the said H and sexual intercourse three times.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with the F around December 8, 2015 to June 17, 2016, and offered the place of sexual traffic for business purposes from around March 24, 2016 to around June 17, 2016.
