1. Facts of recognition;

A. The purchase of airline tickets by the plaintiff et al. and the rejection of the defendant's boarding speed 1) The plaintiff, his father and wife B and C (the plaintiff and the plaintiff's daily activities are referred to as "the plaintiff et al." hereinafter).

(4) The Defendant’s international passenger transport agreement provides that the passengers using the Defendant’s flights finish the seat assignment and the number of baggage within the time designated by the Defendant, and if the passengers are unable to arrive within the search speed rout on board or on board, the Defendant may cancel their reservation, and that the Defendant is not liable for the damages or expenses incurred by the passengers who did not observe the speed routing on board and the time rout on board.
