A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant operated the “D Senior Welfare Center” located in Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si, and opened a victim G (n, 47 years of age) who operated the “F Senior Welfare Center” located in Ysan-gu, Jeonju-si E from around 2012, which was aware of in the course of business, and became aware of the victim’s high performance cell phone (i.e., smartphone) in Jan., 2013.
At around 16:00 on February 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had been in charge of the “D Senior Welfare Center” located in Seojin-gu, Seoul; and (b) had been in charge of the victim’s home, the Defendant entered and cancelled the lock-down of the lock-gu system, a type of lock-on device, which was set up in the “ smartphone” of the victim in the inside room, several times, and then sent the video and the victim’s photo to the body of the computer.

On February 8, 2013, the Defendant, who attempted to go to the public around 10:0 on February 8, 2013, sent two copies of the video images of the above G, which had the same background as the written in the preceding paragraph, to the cellular phone of the victim J, the husband of the said G, and had been using the same background as the written in the preceding paragraph, to the mobile phone of the said G, such as a stop screen in which milch is revealed, and the Defendant demanded money from the victim, and demanded money from the victim.
