A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Criminal facts
On September 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 3, 2013 at the Incheon District Court. On May 28, 2014, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of assault at the same court on January 3, 2014, and was sentenced to a fine of 1 million won for the crime of assault at the same court on 29 occasions. On August 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a total of 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same court on February 16, 2004, and was sentenced to a total of 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc.) at the same court on September 14, 201, and was sentenced to a prosecution from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office on 1014, respectively.
The Defendant was living together with the Victim C (Y, 53 years of age) and from April 2014;
(a) around November 17, 2014, the victim was drunkd in the victim’s residence located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon, and the victim means that “the victim’s body is sold from Dong-do to male, and is not a sloping.” The victim’s face is cut off by drinking, and the victim’s head knife is towed by hand, leading the victim’s head knife toward the floor, leading the victim’s head knife toward the floor, making the victim’s breast part of the victim’s chest back to the floor;
