A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase intangible results obtained by using game water.

On March 3, 2017, the Defendant opened “F” on the 1st century, and established 75 games of “Araban E 2,” along with a pro-born D on March 3, 2017, and operated a game hall, the Defendant converted the place to KRW 10% of the gains obtained after the game by an unspecified number of customers from May 2017 to July 10, 2017, while operating the game hall.

As a result, the defendant committed an act in collusion with D to engage in the business of returning intangible results obtained by using game water.
