A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on June 3, 199, continuously subscribed to Samsung Bio-T&T insurance of KRW 49,400 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 49,400,000, Hyundai Marine Health Insurance of KRW 153,830 as the monthly insurance premium of August 26, 2003, Hyundai Marine Integrated Insurance of KRW 153,830 as the global insurance premium of KRW 122,00 as the monthly insurance premium of KRW 122,00 as the insurance premium of KRW 28 July 28, 2004,

In addition, the victim acquired KRW 31,960,353 in total as insurance money from the victim insurance company by means of undergoing unnecessary surgery or being hospitalized for an unnecessary long period from around 13 occasions to February 13, 2013 as indicated
