A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(1) Defendant A, on August 25, 2006, subscribed to the monthly insurance premium of KRW 122,290 to the same fire control unit insurance, the monthly insurance premium of KRW 63,400 to the post office of KRW 63,400 on September 12, 2007, and the merz fire of KRW 35,000 on April 8, 201, in sequence, in the order of 1104 A. The Defendant subscribed to the female life insurance of KRW 53,200 on June 21, 2001, and the female life insurance of KRW 53,200 on May 5, 2004.
7. The monthly insurance premium of KRW 71,300 Samsung T&T (TT) Samsung C&T, the C&T of KRW 74,910 on September 13, 2007, and the C&T of KRW 51,000 on June 12, 2008, subscribed to family love insurance, in sequence, to cover 51,000 on June 12, 2008.
