1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendant (tentative name) Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee, and C Co., Ltd. shall each be 655,200,000 won and the same.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in accordance with Gap evidence 1 to 8 (including each number, if any) and Eul evidence 1, together with the purport of the whole pleadings. (a)

The defendant (tentative name) B Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Promotion Committee") is the main agent of the local housing association construction project (hereinafter referred to as the "instant project"), the defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant C") is the agent of the instant project, and the defendant D is the auditor of the defendant C.

B. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant Promotion Committee and C requested the Plaintiff to provide public relations services to the Plaintiff regarding the 384 apartment units supplied by the members of the instant project (hereinafter “instant public relations services contract”).

(2) In accordance with the instant public relations service contract, the Plaintiff agreed to pay 6.3 million won per household (including value-added tax) in cash twice a month; however, the Plaintiff agreed to pay 20% of the total supply household at the time of recruitment of its members. (2) The Plaintiff completed the recruitment of its members for 104 households exceeding 20% among the total supply household 512 households, and filed a claim with the Defendant’s Promotion Committee and C on May 10, 2017 for the amount of KRW 65,200,000 (=6,300,000 x 104 households), but has not yet been paid.

C. The Plaintiff’s promotion committee, Defendant C’s funding loan, and Defendant D’s joint and several sureties 1 Plaintiff’s joint and several sureties’s promotion committee, Defendant C’s promotion committee, KRW 50 million on December 19, 2016, KRW 50 million on January 9, 2017, KRW 30 million on January 26, 200, and the same year.

3. 13.20 million won was lent at the interest rate of 4.6% per annum, and each of the repayment periods for the loans was set as the top priority repayment or on March 30, 2017 between the trust account under a contract for fund management agency business of the B Regional Housing Association at the time of withdrawing from the trust account due to land costs, project costs, etc.
