1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 29, 2014, the Committee for Promotion of Regional Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Committee”) established to promote the establishment of collective housing in the Jeju District District (tentative name) was concluded with the Plaintiff on an agency service contract (hereinafter referred to as “the primary agency service contract”) and the main contents are as follows.

Article 2 (Opening of Business): (tentative Name)D Regional Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as the "New Construction Project for Multi-Family Housing") shall be the "New Construction Project for the instant apartment."

A) Scale of business: 605 households of multi-family housing of 1st to 24th above ground, and incidental and welfare facilities Article 3 (Acting Execution Period) Plaintiff’s agency service period from the date of this contract to the date of completion of apartment construction and completion of authorization for dissolution of partnership after moving into an apartment of the promotion committee. 2. All the management affairs of members, including recruitment of members and preparation of subscription agreements;

3. All the affairs related to the selection, management, etc. of the contractor and service company.

4. All the rental business related to authorization, permission, etc.;

5. Props consultation and preparation of contract concerning the purchase of land in the defendant's business site;

6. Registration of transfer of ownership, trust registration, etc. following land sale;

7. The Plaintiff shall assist the Defendant in borrowing funds, etc. on behalf of the Plaintiff in cases where the payment of land costs, project costs, etc. is delayed due to the Defendant’s members’ contributions.

8. Other business affairs as an agent related to the new apartment construction project of this case. (2) The plaintiff's business affairs service expenses shall be 10,000,000 won (including value-added tax) for an estimated household allowance.

(5) The completion degree of agency services shall be 55% at the time of authorization for partnership, 25% at the time of the selection of a contractor, 10% at the time of approval for project, and 10% at the time of commencement

(6) The payment of agency fees shall be made at the recruitment rate before the cooperative is authorized.
