All appeals by the plaintiffs and incidental appeals by the defendant are dismissed.

Expenses for an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be individually costs.

1. The first instance court partly accepted Plaintiff B and C’s primary claim in the principal lawsuit, and partly accepted the Defendant’s claim against Plaintiff B and C in the counterclaim, and the Plaintiffs and the Defendant filed an appeal or incidental appeal as to the part against each principal lawsuit.

Therefore, the scope of this court's trial is limited to the principal claim.
