A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 30, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court’s Sungnam branch on the charges of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On June 13, 2007, even though he was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong Housing Site on the charges of violation of the Road Traffic Act, on November 08, 2013, around 01:16, 2013, the Defendant driving a cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the 4km section at approximately 100 meters away from the Sungnam District Court’s Sungnam District Court’s 0.10 meters away from the Sungnam City’s Yangdong-west Si’s 00m high-speed road from the Sungnam Sinnam City’s 100m high-speed road.

2. Criminal facts which are 2013 highest 1657.

A. On November 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) was a person engaged in driving of B1 ton truck; (b) was driving the said vehicle without a driver’s license, and (c) was driving the said vehicle at a one-lane speed prior to the Korean distribution of Pyeongtaek-si, and then making the left-hand turn at the front of the dispatching post office while driving the said vehicle at a shooting range in front of the dispatching post office. Since the said place is an intersection where traffic is not controlled, the driver was negligent in the course of checking and driving the front left-hand left-hand right and left-hand left-hand turn in due to negligence in the course of business, while neglecting the duty of care to check and drive the safety of the course by properly examining the front left-hand left-hand side of the vehicle, and subsequently discovered the victim C (63 years of age) crossing the road along the left-hand side of the vehicle, and caused the above victim by shocking the victim with the front of the vehicle, thereby having caused kkkkne and kkkk in the left-hand.

B. The defendant is in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving).

The B1 ton truck was operated in the section of about 1 k from the front side of the Dop-dong Dop-dong Dop-dong to the front side of the B-dong, without a driver's license for the vehicle.
