1. Pursuant to the aforementioned business agreement, the Defendant: (a) provided the said seven parcels of land as security from D cooperatives on March 16, 2012; and (b) purchased the said seven parcels of land at KRW 2.1 billion from D cooperatives on April 2012; (c) started on April 1, 2012; and (d) concluded a construction contract with the construction business operator on October 2012 to pay KRW 2.3.5 million on the construction cost to E; and (b) started on June 13, 2013; and (c) concluded a construction contract with the construction business operator on June 2013, 2013 to preferentially commence the construction of the said two and seven new units of land to be used as a model house; (d) around January 16, 2013; and (e) around April 3, 2013; and (e) around June 11, 2013; and (e) planned to start the construction works on June 13, 2013.
However, when the Defendant plans to newly build and sell the above electric power resource housing, it was difficult for the Defendant to provide the above electric power resource housing site as security and to obtain a loan or sell in advance by means of additional loan or loan increase, etc. from the said D Cooperatives.
