1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 24% per annum from May 30, 2013 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent KRW 100,00,000 to the defendant on May 30, 2013 as the interest rate of 2% and the due date of payment of KRW 100,000 to the defendant on August 30, 2013.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest and delay damages calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from May 30, 2013 to the date of full payment, which is the above loan amounting to KRW 100,000,000,000.

(1) The plaintiff's claim is justified. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench, regardless of the relation between the plaintiff and the defendant and the defendant, although the defendant alleged that C is the actual debtor.
