1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from January 30, 2012 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff shall pay 40,000,000 won to the defendant Eul on January 30, 2012 for interest rate of 2.5% and due date of repayment of 2012

3. The facts determined and lent as 29. The defendant C may recognize the facts of joint and several sureties for the above loan obligations.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rate of KRW 40,00,000 and the agreed interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from January 30, 2012 to the date of full payment (2.5% per annum).

All of the plaintiff's claims are accepted.
