Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The owner or user of a private-use truck may not provide or lease the private-use truck for transport of cargo for a fee;

1. Defendant A, as the user of a private-use truck (K), received KRW 900 per unit from around May 17, 2015 to August 30, 2015 from I and provided a private-use truck for cargo transport at a cost, after delivering selective cargo to a large number of addressees located in the Cheongju-si and a considerable area.

2. Defendant B, as the user of a private-use truck (L), received KRW 900 per annum from J from September 2014 to August 30, 2015 from September 1, 2014, and delivered a private-use truck to a large number of addressees located in the Eup/Myeon area in the Cheongju-si petition, and provided a private-use truck for cargo transport at a cost.
