Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The owner or user of a private-use truck shall not provide or lease such private-use truck commercially for transport purposes.

The defendant, who entered into an entrustment contract with B and delivers selective cargo to the party of the petition at the time of Cheongju, provided the defendant's employees with a private-use truck for cargo transport with regard to the defendant's business as follows.

① The user of a private-use truck (D), who is an employee of the Defendant, received KRW 900 per case from the Defendant from September 2014 to August 30, 2015, and supplied a private-use truck for cargo transport at a cost, after delivering a private-use truck to a large number of addressees located in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si area.

② From May 20, 2015 to August 30, 2015, E, the Defendant’s employee, received KRW 950 per case from the Defendant from around May 20, 2015 to around August 30, 2015, and provided a private-use truck for cargo transport for a commercial purpose, by delivering elective cargo to a large number of addressees located in the area of Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si.

③ As the owner of a private-use truck (H), G, the Defendant’s employee, received KRW 850 per case from the Defendant from March 2015 to August 30, 2015, and received KRW 850 per annum from the Defendant, and supplied a private-use truck for transport purposes at a cost.

④ From July 1, 2015 to July 30, 2015, I, an employee of the Defendant, received KRW 1.2 million from the Defendant, and delivered the instant cargo to a large number of addressees located in the petition district at Cheongju-si, and provided a private-use truck for cargo transport with a cost.

(5) The user of K private-use truck, a defendant's employee, shall be the defendant from the end of October 2014 to August 30, 2015.
