1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 4, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff lent 20 million won to the defendant on May 20, 2009, and 15 million won on August 29, 2009, and 35 million won on August 29, 2009. Thus, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 4, 2016 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the defendant.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
