1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 14, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Each fact stated in the reasons for the application for judgment as to the cause of the claim does not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 35 million won and damages for delay calculated by adding a rate of 15% per annum from October 14, 2017 to the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
