Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, on July 10, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1,500,000 per day for money exchange business by receiving KRW 1,50,000,000 from a person in the name of the deceased, for business purposes of money exchange, and received KRW 1,000 per day for money exchange business. The Defendant conspired with the person in the name of the deceased, “as to receive a free voucher from the customers using the game room, by obtaining a right to use from the customers who use the game room, and exchange KRW 9,00 per hour per money for free use.” From the above day to the day of 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant carried out an act of converting 10,000,000 won per hour into a free voucher, which is the result of obtaining a telephone contact from the customers using the game room in the name of the deceased from the above day to the day of 19:00 on the same day, making use of the game by converting it into cash 9,000 won.
