Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, around 10:00 on June 1, 2015, the Defendant received 100,000 won per day for exchange business by receiving mobile phone and money exchange proceeds from a person who is not named “B”. The Defendant conspired with the person in unsound name with “as a result of a telephone call from customers using the game room, to receive free vouchers for use of the game room and exchange of 9,000 won per 10 minutes of cash per 10 minutes of free use.” From around 10:00 on the same day to June 16:10, 2015, the Defendant obtained free vouchers for use of the game in the name-free game room from the customers using the game room and obtained free vouchers for use of the game product from them, and then deducted 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10 minutes per annum, and made a free use of the game product by converting the use of the game product into 70,000 won in an intangible method.
