A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and seven years of order to attach an electronic tracking device to a location tracking device for committing a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 16, 2015.

1. On January 27, 2015, from around 09:01 to around 12:29 of the same day, the Defendant left the Defendant’s residence in Gyeongnam-gun B without carrying a portable tracking device, and went away from the Defendant’s residence in Gyeongnam-gun B, thereby causing approximately 3 hours and 28 minutes of a separate tracking device, thereby impairing the utility of the electronic device.

2. On February 16, 2015, from around 08:29 to 11:46 the same day, the Defendant did not carry a portable tracking device, which is an electronic device, and went away from his/her birth, and caused approximately 3 hours to 17 minutes to 17 minutes to 10:46 on February 16, 2015, thereby impairing the effectiveness of the electronic device.

3. On February 22, 2015, from around 17:23 to 23:09 on the same day, the Defendant got out of the Defendant’s residence as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and did not charge the electronic device, thereby undermining the utility of the electronic device for approximately 4 hours and 46 minutes, thereby undermining the power of the electronic device.

4. On February 22, 2015, the Defendant refused to comply with the direction and supervision of the protection observation officer who visited the residence of a person subject to protection, and received a warning that he/she would comply with the direction and supervision of the protection observation officer on February 24, 201, and properly observe the matters to be observed, and again received a warning to the effect that he/she did an act violating the said matters to be observed on March 3, 2015, at the Public Security Center located in the 717 South-west Coast Guard located in the 717 South-west Coast Guard as of March 3, 2015, and as of February 22, 2015, when he/she was investigating the Defendant’s failure to perform the guidance and supervision that occurred around February 22, 2015, he/she will contact the Defendant who was using the stick used by his/her mother to observe the him/her, and whether he/she is pay pay him/her.
