C On March 19, 2010, the Ulsan District Court sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ulsan District Court for the same year.

The execution of the sentence was terminated, and on September 13, 2012, the Ulsan District Court sentenced the imprisonment of 5 months, additional collection of 46 million won to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (reconciliation) in the Ulsan District Court, which became final and conclusive on January 19, 2013.

On August 5, 2011, the Defendants received KRW 40 million from the above I in a coffee shop where the trade name in the Nam-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu is unknown.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive money and valuables for arranging matters pertaining to the duties of officers and employees such as financial companies.

2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

A. On October 6, 2011, the Defendant received loans from K to two houses located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, for security, and promised to “to receive loans by requesting the employees of financial institutions within the country upon being informed of it.” On the same day, the Defendant received KRW 2 million from the said K to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 5 million in total from the point of defense of community credit cooperatives located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., and received KRW 3 million in the same month as the loan brokerage fee.
