1. The Defendant’s KRW 285,150,500 among the Plaintiff and KRW 279,150,500 among them, shall be KRW 6,00,000 from September 3, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of premise;
A. On November 5, 2002, the promotion committee of this case 1) B and 27 others are housing reconstruction projects of the A apartment located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”) (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”).
In order to promote (tentative name) A Apartment Reconstruction Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “former Promotion Committee”)
[2] After the enforcement of the former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 6893 of May 29, 2003; hereinafter “former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents”), the former Promotion Committee applied for the approval of the association establishment promotion committee at Changwon-si on July 7, 2003, and the Changwon-si approved the above application on July 23, 2003.
(As above, the former Promotion Committee which has obtained the approval of the Changwon-si is called the "Promotion Committee of this case". (b)
1) On April 24, 2003, the former Promotion Committee of the Republic of Korea concluded a monetary loan loan contract (hereinafter referred to as “Coul construction”).
(2) On February 24, 2003, the Plaintiff: (a) deposited KRW 200,000 from the former Promotion Committee’s national bank account (B(B) name, account number:F); and (b) deposited KRW 145,150,50 in total from May 20 to September 25, 2003 to September 25, 2003 to the former Promotion Committee’s account (B) pursuant to the agreement under paragraph (1) of the same Article; and (c) deposited KRW 145,150,50 in total from May 20, 2003 to September 25, 2003 to the former Promotion Committee and the National Bank’s Account of the Promotion Committee of this case [B(A) name, account number, and G].
As a result of the response to the order to submit financial transaction information on May 20, 200 6,00,000, the remittance amount of the lending date (won) was not submitted, and as a result of the response to the order to submit financial transaction information on June 21, 2003, the association operation expenses (additional portion) were as a result of the response to the order to submit financial transaction information on June 21, 2003, 307,500,000 on July 10, 2003.
