1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,454,848,062 as well as 5% per annum from March 20, 2017 to September 29, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The residents who promoted the housing redevelopment improvement project in the B B zone of Pakistan constituted (tentative name) Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”).

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of the instant provisional contract is to ensure the successful completion of the said rearrangement project by prescribing the status, rights, obligations, etc. of the Plaintiff and the Defendant Promotion Committee with respect to the instant rearrangement project.

Article 4 (Method of Implementing Project) (1) The Defendant Promotion Committee shall provide the Plaintiff with the land necessary for the instant rearrangement project in the B B B B owned by the Defendant Promotion Committee and its members, and pay the amount of the construction contract, and the Plaintiff shall construct the construction facilities in accordance with the design documents and contract approved by the head of the local government on the land provided by the

(2) Relocation expenses for the members of the defendant promotion committee and the project promotion expenses for the defendant promotion committee may be lent by the plaintiff to the defendant promotion committee and the members. In such cases, the defendant promotion committee and the members shall reimburse the relocation expenses borrowed from the plaintiff pursuant to Articles 38 and 39, and the principal, interest, etc.

Article 14 (Project Promotion Expenses) (1) The project promotion expenses shall be as follows, and the plaintiff shall lend the project promotion expenses to the defendant's promotion committee in accordance with the terms and conditions of lease separately determined by the defendant's promotion committee, and the plaintiff and the defendant's promotion committee shall determine the amount, payment terms
