Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2013, at around 01:22, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 6 kilometers B K5 kilometer from the path through which it is impossible to identify the contact log of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the path through which it is impossible to identify the contact log of Eunpyeong-gu to the front path of the new high school, Jin-dong 241-17, Jin-dong.
