Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2013, at around 03:07, the Defendant driven a 1km BM7 car from the road on which it is impossible to find out the wall breakout log in the ancient city under the influence of alcohol level of 0.07%, to the front day of the interest house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jin-dong 71-9.
